Since 2010 we've built a service-first reputation around rapid response and skilled execution. We're in an active growth phase, scaling our team and footprint. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Sales to own revenue growth end to end; winning new commercial accounts, deepening and retaining the ones we have, and building the referral and partnership channels that will fuel our next stage of growth.

Duties New business:

prospect, pitch, and close commercial accounts — property managers, facility operators, general contractors, and commercial property owners across Southern California. Account growth & retention: deepen relationships with existing clients, expand wallet share, and convert one-off service calls into recurring customers. Pipeline & process: CRM discipline, outreach cadences, and reporting the company needs to forecast and scale revenue predictably.

Larger accounts:

pursue multi-location and contract opportunities.

Team foundation:

as the function grows, hire, mentor, and lead a sales team — starting as a hands-on individual contributor and building from there. Qualifications 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets. Experience selling commercial services; plumbing, facilities, MEP, building maintenance, or adjacent trades strongly preferred. A genuine hunter who can also farm: comfortable opening cold doors and nurturing long-term accounts. Strong relationships with (or the ability to quickly build them among) property managers, facility operators, and general contractors in Southern California. Self-starter who thrives building from scratch. Familiarity with vendor portals and commercial procurement (Veritas/Achilles, ServiceChannel) is a plus. CRM fluency and a data-driven approach to pipeline management. Based in or able to work on-site in the Long Beach area; valid CA driver's license.
