This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and leading strategic initiatives that align with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic planning, sales expertise, and project management skills to effectively navigate the competitive landscape and foster long-term partnerships. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and analysis of industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new client partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and project execution. Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on progress. Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure favorable terms for the organization. Conduct presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition. Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts. Skills Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Proficient in strategic planning with a focus on long-term growth. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software. Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
