Job Description

We're an independent documentary film organization producing films and leading impact campaigns that spark conversation, engagement, and change. As our films and campaigns continue to expand, we're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented professional to help support screenings, partnerships, communications, and operational systems. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys connecting with people, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail. We are a small, entrepreneurial team. Success in this role requires comfort with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Responsibilities Build strong relationships through warm, professional, and responsive communication. Manage screening inquiries, licensing, scheduling, and logistics from start to finish. Coordinate with schools, organizations, community leaders, and screening hosts. Maintain and improve CRM systems, databases, and operational workflows. Track screening activity, outreach efforts, and key organizational metrics. Support communications, including newsletters, website updates, outreach campaigns, and client-facing materials. Assist with project management across multiple films, campaigns, and partnerships. Help identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and organizational effectiveness. Serve as a dependable team member who helps ensure projects move forward and deadlines are met. The Ideal Candidate Enjoys creating order from complexity.
