This high-impact role is designed for a proven business development executive with a demonstrated history of generating multimillion-dollar revenue growth, securing complex service contracts, and building long-term executive-level client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses a strong network within the HOA, commercial real estate, property management, and facilities management sectors and thrives in a highly competitive, relationship-driven environment. This individual will serve as a key driver of revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market penetration while collaborating closely with Executive Leadership and Operations teams. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a results-oriented professional who combines executive presence, strategic thinking, and a relentless pursuit of business development excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Development Drive new business growth throughout Orange County and surrounding markets. Identify, pursue, and secure commercial landscape maintenance opportunities across HOA, multifamily, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use portfolios. Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with company growth objectives. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including property managers, board members, asset managers, developers, and ownership groups. Generate and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM reporting. Collaborate with Operations and Branch Leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term account success. Executive Relationship Management Serve as a senior ambassador for Harvest Landscape Enterprises. Conduct executive meetings, property walks, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions. Identify opportunities for account expansion, client retention, and long-term partnership development. Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive communication and consultative problem-solving. Industry Leadership & Networking Represent Harvest at industry associations, conferences, and networking events, including CAI, CACM, BOMA, and related organizations. Establish strategic partnerships with industry influencers, consultants, vendors, and community leaders. Maintain a strong and visible presence within the Southern California business community. Leadership & Collaboration Partner with Executive Leadership to support market expansion initiatives and long-term strategic planning. Contribute to sales strategy development, proposal efforts, and major RFP pursuits. Mentor and support sales team members when appropriate. Participate in company leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives. QualificationsRequired Experience 7+ years of successful business development, sales leadership, or revenue-generation experience. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth. Experience selling large-scale service contracts within landscape, property services, facilities management, construction services, or related industries. Strong understanding of commercial property management operations and client expectations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications Established network within Orange County HOA management, commercial real estate, property management, or facilities management industries. Experience managing multimillion-dollar books of business. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Additional Requirements Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to travel throughout Southern California as required. Availability for networking events, client entertainment, industry functions, and occasional after-hours engagements. Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business reporting tools.
