Leadership Full Job Description Dental Regional Manager:

Must reside in either Santa Barbara or Ventura County We are looking for a highly organized, professional, motivated, and experienced in managing multi-site operations with a strong focus on leadership, production & collection goals, patient experience and team performance.

Qualifications:

Multi site management Dental management experience & proven experience as a dental Regional Manager 5+ years Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate teams and drive results Drive growth production, collection and overall office performance •Bilingual is preferred •Compensation is based on experience and negotiable.
