We're profitable and scaling. We've recently revolutionized the category with new technology that no one else has. This new technology drives unmatched savings, convenience, and speed for how teams book events — and we've partnered with one of the world's largest travel companies to take the business to scale. The Role You'll own the Enterprise Business end-to-end. That means full P&L responsibility for our enterprise segment — accounts and partnerships — and full-stack ownership across product, marketing, demand generation, and sales conversion. You'll run the business, lead the team, and operate as a true general manager of the business inside the business. You'll inherit a team of approximately six people spanning engineering, customer success, and support, with direct influence over new hires and how we augment the team with AI. We're looking for a wartime operator. This role is about hitting aggressive growth targets, taking your team to war, and winning. If you're energized by carrying a number, leading from the front, and building a unit that compounds week over week, this is for you. What You'll Own The P&L. Cost, revenue, margin, retention, and growth of the enterprise business. Sales. Starting out, your primary day to day IC work is in business development. The focus of this role is selling enterprise accounts and distribution deals. The team. Lead a team of ~6 across engineering, CS, and support. You'll have direct influence over new hiring and how the team is augmented with AI agents over time. The full stack. Product direction, marketing, demand generation, sales, conversion, and customer success — all in your scope. You don't hand off to other functions; you orchestrate them inside the business. Enterprise accounts and partnerships. Land and expand the largest customers. Build distribution partnerships that bring demand at scale. AI as a force multiplier. Design, build, and run agent loops across the funnel — prospecting, outreach, qualification, account research, post-sale ops. AI is not a tool you sometimes use; it's how the business operates. The playbook. Figure out what works, document it, and build a repeatable motion that scales — to both humans and agents. Who You Are Values. You're at the point in your career where you want to take a big swing — to impact millions and help bring humans closer together in an increasingly isolated AI age. You're hard-working, creative, curious, and ethical. Abilities. You think like an owner and operate like a builder. You can run a P&L, lead a team, sit in a product review, write the cold email, and ship the agent — all in the same week. You move fast without losing rigor. You listen well, communicate clearly, and know that the best deals start with genuine relationships. Skills. You've run a business unit or a startup before — some version of full-stack ownership where the buck stopped with you. You know enterprise sales and partnerships cold. You're already building with AI, not just using it. Your track record speaks for itself — in revenue owned, teams built, and businesses scaled. Compensation Competitive base salary Meaningful upside tied to hitting growth targets Meaningful equity — this is an ownership role, and the comp reflects that Logistics 5 days/week in our Palo Alto office OPT support available Not currently sponsoring H1B How to Get a Response We get a lot of applications. To get a real response from us, do all three: Reach out personally. Write a personal note about why you think this role is a good fit. Ideally find a mutual referral who can vouch for you. Show us your work. Share specific examples of how you've driven revenue in a context similar to this. We want to see your taste, your style, and the quality of companies you've operated inside. Tell us a story. How have you motivated a team and demonstrated true P&L ownership? Be specific. We want the texture, not the résumé version.
