Full Job Description What You'll Do:
Client Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality service and a positive client experience. Serves as a trusted advisor to clients within advanced industries, including technology, advanced manufacturing, and aerospace/space, delivering tailored risk management and insurance solutions aligned to complex and evolving business models. Leverages deep industry knowledge and carrier partnerships to proactively identify emerging risks, structure innovative coverage strategies, and support clients through rapid growth, innovation cycles, and operational scale. Oversee all aspects of the renewal process, including strategy development, service delivery, and client engagement. Collaborate with producers to align client objectives with organizational capabilities and ensure seamless communication. Work with internal teams and external partners to address client needs and drive successful outcomes. Team Building and Collaboration Foster a sense of community and collaboration within the team. Promote alignment and integration between the team and the broader Property & Casualty (P&C) department. Help with change management procedures to confirm alignment between team and broader company change initiatives. Strategic Contributions Support leadership in cultivating a high-performance team culture. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance team operations, client satisfaction, and overall efficiency. Attend company and department meetings, position-related seminars/classes, client meetings, carrier functions, and other events as required. Competencies Strong organizational, planning and communication skills. Positive collaboration with colleagues, business partners and clients/prospective clients. Willingness and ability to pitch in, even without explicitly being asked. Ability to understand and communicate the bigger picture while still being extremely detailed oriented. Ability to build and grow professional relationships with clients Job Specifications BA or BS preferred and/or 10 years equivalent insurance experience.
