Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Sales Director for a direct hire opportunity in Pomona, CA with a growing food and beverage distributor. This leadership role is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional with deep FMCG experience, strong mainstream retail relationships, and the ability to own commercial strategy across the United States and Canada. The Bilingual Mandarin Sales Director will oversee US operations, drive growth for a noodle and beverage portfolio, manage full P&L performance, and lead strategic account planning, negotiations, and Joint Business Plans. This is a high-impact opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a growth-oriented environment and wants to influence market expansion, profitability, and long-term business success. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual account strategies and Joint Business Plans aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Manage full P&L performance, including forecasting accuracy, trade investments, pricing discipline, and margin governance.
- Lead annual commercial negotiations, contract agreements, trading terms, and customer business reviews.
- Drive growth of noodle and beverage products across US and Canadian retail channels, with a focus on mainstream retail.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and internal leadership to support brand alignment, product availability, and operational excellence.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage channel conflicts, and support sustainable market share and profit growth. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000 to $125,000 per year.
