The Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring that the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and its gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis while supporting the activities of all sales staff and maintaining high customer service levels.
Requirements:
Responsibilities Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process. Establish trust among customers to establish a strong network of clientele and prospects. Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals. Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth. Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance. Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processes. Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations. Lead the negotiation process, ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong computer skills as specifically pertain to the automotive digital programs Proven track record of successful selling, coaching, and mentoring. Team Oriented and able to build a feeling of teamwork on the sales floor Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record Current California Sales License.
