For over 100 years we've been reimagining how to flavor beverages and we're looking for a team member who has a passion for this and Sales and Operations Planning. We are seeking a Senior S&OP Manager who operates as a strategic leader within Integrated Planning and serves as a key architect of how Torani plans for growth. This role sits at the center of systems, process, data, and cross‑functional partnership; owning the S&OP operating model while enabling Demand, Supply, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to make confident, aligned decisions. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Planning, the Senior S&OP Manager acts as the S&OP Center of Excellence (CoE) leader, combining strategic ownership with hands‑on leadership to ensure S&OP is a disciplined, value‑generating business process, not just a monthly meeting. This role is ideal for a senior leader who thrives in ambiguity, exercises strong business judgment, and influences outcomes through clarity, structure, and trust.
Why You Will Love Working Here:
At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks, we flavor lives. We are a Certified B Corporation committed to shared success, and that means everyone here plays a meaningful role. You will join a fast-moving, value-led team where people come first and collaboration fuels everything we do. Here, your voice matters, your ideas matter, and your impact will be felt across the business. Success Factors (First 12-24 Months)Enterprise S&OP Ownership:
You have established a consistent, enterprise-wide S&OP rhythm that leaders rely on to run the business. Decision rights are clear, inputs are disciplined, and conversations focus on trade-offs, risks, and actions rather than data reconciliation. S&OP is recognized as a core management process that drives service, inventory health, and profitable growth. This is enabled through strong governance and enterprise ownership, including: Own and evolve the end-to-end S&OP operating model, cadence, and calendar Define and maintain roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and decision rights Ensure consistency and alignment across categories, divisions, and horizons Prepare executive-ready materials that focus leadership on decisions and trade-offs Strategic System Leadership (Arkieva): Arkieva is embedded as a primary planning and decision-support platform. Data quality, scenario modeling, and usability materially improve under your leadership. Dependency on offline spreadsheets is reduced, and planners and leaders trust the system as a single source of truth. This is driven through strong data, systems, and analytics leadership, including: Serve as executive steward of the planning system (Arkieva) Ensure data governance, master data quality, and model integrity Lead scenario planning, trade-off analysis, and decision modeling Develop and standardize enterprise planning metrics, such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory health, service, and capacity riskCross-Functional Influence:
You operate as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Planning, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations; proactively surfacing risks, challenging assumptions, and enabling informed decisions. You influence without authority and ensure alignment across competing priorities. This is strengthened through intentional cross-functional integration, including: Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Innovation teams to align assumptions and plans Anticipate and surface risks and opportunities early in the planning cycle Enable productive dialogue across functions with competing objectivesPlanning Capability & Talent Development:
Planning teams are stronger because of your leadership. You coach managers, raise analytical capability, and build planning maturity across the organization. Standard work, training, and onboarding ensure continuity and scalability as the business grows. This is achieved through focused capability building and people leadership, including: Coach planning managers and senior individual contributors Establish standard work, documentation, and training programs Build bench strength and succession for critical planning rolesContinuous Improvement & Change Leadership:
You lead meaningful evolution of tools, processes, and communication models, balancing near-term execution with longer-term transformation. Improvements are tied to business outcomes, not activity. This comes to life through continuous improvement and transformation efforts, including: Identify gaps and opportunities in process, data, tools, and behaviors Lead prioritization and delivery of improvements based on business impact Benchmark against industry best practices while designing solutions that fit Torani's culture Culture & Energy Builder |Have Fun:
You bring optimism, ownership, and calm structure to complex work. Teams feel supported, aligned, and proud of the work they deliver together. What You Will Bring:
