My name is Yen Lee. 4 years ago, I started from $600 bought the first piano for $600 and sell it. In the past year, we sold over 300 pianos to Music lovers. So I would like to share my passion about the pianos, about piano knowledge and the art of business. Piano Outlet, a leading retailer specializing in high-quality pianos and musical instruments, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Piano Outlet Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their musical needs, providing expert advice on piano selection, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their musical preferences and needs. Provide expert guidance on piano options, features, and specifications. Offer detailed information on the different brands and models available in the store.

Sales and Product Knowledge:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of pianos, their components, and the benefits of various models. Utilize product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of different pianos to customers. Actively engage in ongoing training to stay updated on new products and industry trends.

Sales Process:

Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to make an appointment to close the deal ,final purchase. Effectively communicate pricing, financing options, and warranty information. Assist with the completion of sales transactions and related paperwork.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the showroom organized and well-maintained for an inviting customer experience. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and product displays. Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and store goals. Share insights and feedback with colleagues and management to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

Play the piano well. Passion for and knowledge of pianos and musical instruments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
