Experienced Sales Manager We're looking for a leader who embodies our core values: respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. You're a great fit if you: Solve problems creatively and see the big picture Minimum of 3 years Sales Manager at New Car Dealership Honda Experience + Bounce back quickly and push for results Love mentoring and developing others Thrive in collaborative, people-focused environments Influence and inspire, even in uncertain situations Communicate positively and build quick connections Bring prior Sales Manager or F&I experience (preferred) Have a HS diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and clean driving record Can provide references when requested
