Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across multiple territories. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth by expanding our market presence. Your leadership will inspire sales teams, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the achievement of ambitious sales targets. Duties Develop comprehensive regional sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of outside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical partners through regular account management and product demonstrations. Conduct detailed product demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on the benefits and features of our offerings. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Analyze regional sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support regional sales initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring long-term loyalty. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating success in outside sales roles. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders through presentations, negotiations, and relationship management. Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and develop a high-performing sales team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools for reporting and strategic planning. Technical sales experience involving medical or pharmaceutical products is highly preferred. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and regional activities efficiently. Analysis skills to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer needs accurately. Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
