Job Summary We are seeking a Regional Business Manager LATAM for a direct hire opportunity in Union City, CA , supporting the growth of surgical tables and operating room equipment across Latin America. This role is ideal for a bilingual business development and medical device sales professional who can manage regional P&L, lead distributor performance, build relationships with surgeons and Key Opinion Leaders, and execute market expansion strategies. The Regional Business Manager LATAM will play a key role in developing sales plans, strengthening distributor partnerships, supporting product education, and identifying new business opportunities across Latin America, Central America, and Mexico. This is a high-impact position with visibility to executive leadership and the opportunity to help expand a specialized medical device portfolio in strategic international markets. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment with supportive leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and meaningful involvement in regional business planning. The ideal candidate will bring energy, integrity, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to building market share in the surgical and operating room equipment space. Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional profit and loss for the Latin America surgical table and operating room equipment business, including sales quotas, forecasts, budgets, and market strategy.
- Lead, support, and evaluate distributor networks across Latin America, providing product training, sales guidance, and performance improvement recommendations.
- Build relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders, hospitals, surgical centers, distributors, and strategic partners to grow product adoption and market presence.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies, sales materials, training resources, incentive programs, and persuasive presentations for customers and channel partners.
- Research market trends, competitive activity, product penetration, regulatory needs, and new growth opportunities across Latin America, Central America, and Mexico.
- Represent the organization at medical trade shows, conferences, labs, customer meetings, and operating room visits while coordinating with internal teams to support customer success. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $110,000 per year.
