Gym Manager

Anytime Fitness is looking for a Club Manager to be the face of our brand. This isn't a "desk job"—it's a hands-on role for someone who lives the fitness lifestyle , loves staying active, and takes total ownership of their space. The Role As Club Manager, you are the heartbeat of the gym. You'll spend your day moving: touring prospective members, ensuring the facility is sparkling clean, and building real relationships with our community. We are looking for a professional who brings prior sales or management experience to the table to help us hit our growth targets from day one.

Your Three Core Pillars Drive Membership Growth:

You'll manage leads and conduct tours. Using your sales background , you'll turn inquiries into active members. We do "relationship" sales—helping people say "yes" to a healthier life.

Obsessive Cleanliness:

You take pride in a spotless club. You aren't afraid to jump in and ensure every corner of the gym is welcoming and organized. A clean gym is a successful gym.

Member Experience:

You'll be the person members look forward to seeing. Because you have a passion for fitness , you can speak authentically with members about their goals and challenges.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Proven experience in sales, retail management, or hospitality management . You understand how to manage a pipeline and hit KPIs. The Fitness "Spark": You have a genuine passion for working out and health. Your enthusiasm for the gym environment is contagious.

Sales Grit:

You are comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads. You enjoy the "win" of signing up a new member. Attention to

You notice the dust on the baseboard or the weights out of place and fix it immediately.

Reliability:

You're a self-starter who can run the show without someone looking over your shoulder.

Important:

This role requires significant outbound calling, manual cleaning tasks, and a high level of physical activity. If you prefer a quiet office environment, this won't be the right fit.

Work Schedule Full-time:

38 hours/week

Mon-Thu:

9 AM-6 PM (1-2 PM lunch)

Fri:

9 AM-3 PM (Start your weekend early!)

Compensation & Perks Base Pay:

$20.00/hr.

Uncapped Commission:

Earn extra on every membership you sell.
