Full Job Description Dental Regional Manager:

Candidates must reside in California and live within reasonable commuting distance of the offices they will support. We are seeking a dynamic, hands- on Regional Manager to lead multiple dental offices and inspire our teams to excellence.

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams Comfortable being hands-on and working alongside managers when challenges arise Exceptional communication and problem solving abilities Proven experience in multi-office management in a dental setting Proven track record of driving results, improving operational efficiency and fostering team success DSO experience a plus Experience with Financing Goal oriented Experience with GP and Multi Specialties/Ortho We offer competitive pay, benefits and bonuses.
