We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Food Service Sales Manager/Coordinator to help expand and elevate our foodservice business. In this role, you'll act as a key connector between our sales team, internal operations, and valued clients—including restaurants, hotels, casinos, and entertainment venues. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, uncovering growth opportunities, and turning data into meaningful strategies that drive results What You'll Do Build Strong Client Relationships Serve as the go-to internal contact for foodservice clients Ensure fast, accurate responses to inquiries, orders, and service needs Proactively engage clients to exceed expectations—especially during peak seasons and special events Drive Sales Success Partner with outside sales representatives to align on account strategies, pricing, and promotions Support onboarding and development of new sales team members Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless product availability and delivery Support Growth & Innovation Work with marketing to launch impactful campaigns that boost sales Identify new product opportunities alongside procurement teams Conduct market research and help uncover new revenue streams and customer segments Influence Menu & Product Strategy Collaborate with culinary teams and clients to design menus featuring seasonal, high-quality produce Provide insights on trends, customer preferences, and product performance Expand Accounts & Maximize Value Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Partner with finance on pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability Represent Our Brand Act as a trusted ambassador of our company's values, quality, and service excellence Maintain professionalism and consistent messaging across all interactions What We're Looking For 6+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (foodservice, produce, or hospitality required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools Analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into actionable insights
