Home Helpers of Danville and Walnut Creek has been serving seniors and other individuals since 2005. We are a small business that is family owned and operated. We are a Provider of Choice and Employer of Choice by Activated Insights. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering compassionate, personalized care that enables them to remain in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a motivated Sales / Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional home care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Target Referral Sources :
Build relationships with potential referral sources, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers, and establish relationships with key personnel. 2.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and potential referral sources by conducting regular visits, lunch and learn presentations, and networking/community events. 3.
Maintain Records:
Submit reports to track referral source development and sales targets. 4.
Be The Face Of Our Agency:
Referral sources will know you and will want to work with our agency because of your professional, compassionate, and get-it-done demeanor. You may be our ideal candidate if you have these qualifications: Experience in sales, business development, or a related role inside or outside of the healthcare or home care industry. Self-motivated to work independently. Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach Competitive and results-oriented Reliable transportation to travel to all of the target facilities within the Danville/Walnut Creek area.
