Los Angeles, CA Position Overview BELL by Alicia Bell is a premier luxury resort wear brand characterized by artisanal hand-block prints and feminine silhouettes. We are seeking a high-energy, detail-obsessed Wholesale Growth & Product Coordinator to anchor our daily business. This is a "Logistics-First" leadership role. Your primary mission is the flawless execution of our e-commerce engine and the organization of our global inventory. While you will support our wholesale growth and creative strategy, the heartbeat of this role is ensuring every customer order is packed with luxury standards and every piece of inventory is accounted for. Core Responsibilities 1.

E-Commerce & Warehouse Command:

Fulfillment Excellence:

Lead the daily end-to-end fulfillment process for all web orders. You are the final set of eyes ensuring every package reflects our luxury brand DNA.

Inventory Architecture:

Maintain 100% inventory accuracy within Shopify . You will manage all incoming shipments, seasonal stock transitions, and warehouse organization.

Operational Fluidity:

Resolve shipping inquiries and logistics hurdles with boutique buyers and retail customers with professional poise. 2.

Wholesale Strategy & Growth:

Account Stewardship:

Serve as the point of contact for boutique buyers, managing "re-buy" appointments via JOOR, NuORDER, or virtual presentations.

Market Presence:

Lead the brand's logistics for premier industry trade shows (COTERIE, Splash, etc.), managing booth inventory and lead conversion. 3.

Creative & PR Collaboration:

Influencer & Celeb Strategy:

Collaborate weekly with the PR team to brainstorm and identify influencer and celebrity partnerships that align with our aesthetic.

Digital Storytelling Support:

Assist with the logistical side of photoshoots and help curate content ideas for Reels and TikTok to drive web traffic.

The Ideal Candidate The Logistics Expert:

You have a background in e-commerce operations or luxury retail. You find peace in a perfectly organized stockroom.

Technical Mastery:

You are an expert in Shopify (required) and have experience with (or a rapid ability to learn) JOOR/NuORDER and Canva. The "Boutique"

Mindset:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You are just as comfortable pitching to a major buyer as you are packing a high-volume shipment.

Requirements & Physical Demands Experience:

1+ years of Shopify experience is required .

Physicality:

This is a hands-on role. You must be physically capable of packing high volumes of orders, lifting/moving heavy boxes, and being on your feet for extended periods.

Precision:

Uncompromising attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
