You are a true backpacker or backcountry hunter. You understand the "ounces equal pounds" philosophy and have first-hand experience with what it takes to stay warm, dry, and fueled in remote terrain.Authentic Experience:
You don't need a manual to explain technical gear—you speak from experience. Your credibility comes from years of mountain miles, not just product training videos.Culture Fit:

Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.Physicality:
This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.Education:
High school diploma (or GED) and 1-3 months of related experience are preferred. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.Schedule & Compensation Hours:
Average of 42 hours per week.The Shift:
Includes a mix of opening shifts (Between 9:00 AM•7:00 PM) up to 2 closing shifts (12:00 PM•9:00 PM), and a set day off each week.Weekends:
Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM•9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM•6:00 PM).Pay:
The salary rate posted is the approximate annual salary that includes personal sales commission and a base hourly wage.Closing Date:
