Role Overview:

The ideal Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from start to finish. You will be out in the field with your sales team to provide hands-on guidance and assist in closing deals. Additionally, the Sales Manager will take ownership of building their team by recruiting, hiring, and training all sales representatives under their leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee all sales operations. Provide leadership to achieve operational and financial goals. Implement and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Establish performance goals for the sales team and related departments. Lead recruiting efforts by locating, hiring, and training sales staff.

Job Qualifications:

Documented success in building teams and achieving desired sales outcomes. 5+ years of roofing industry experience. 3+ years of management experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
