is currently looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our sales team! We take pride in our store that has been family owned and operated for over 37 years. We are looking for a manager who is professional, self-motivated, upbeat, goal-oriented, and shares the same passion as we do in customer service. The Sales Manager primarily will be focused on used vehicle sales, inventory, as well as performs supervisory functions of employees within the sales department. As a sales manager you are responsible for setting monthly sales goals, create strategies, negotiate sales, follow-up with customers and sales team, assist with training and hiring sales staff. Road Ready Used Cars is one of Connecticut's premier Used Car Dealerships!! We are proud of our state of the art 33,000 square foot facility, located in Ansonia, CT.
