Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all new and pre-owned motorcycle sales, manage the sales team, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that keep riders coming back. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team (including Sales Managers, Finance & Insurance, and Sales Associates) Set and achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new and used motorcycles Oversee the entire sales process from greeting to delivery, ensuring adherence to Harley-Davidson's customer satisfaction standards Manage sales forecasting, inventory levels, and gross profit margins Work closely with the Finance & Insurance department to maximize F&I penetration and overall deal profitability Recruit, hire, train, and retain top sales talent Monitor and enforce a consistent, efficient sales process Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth Foster a positive, team-oriented, and accountable dealership culture Qualifications & Requirements Strong management history in a powersports, automotive, or dealership environment Deep knowledge of the Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle industry preferred Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals Strong leadership and people-development skills with the ability to motivate a team Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and sales reporting tools High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for motorcycles and customer service Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a motorcycle endorsement Harley-Davidson sales or management training/certification a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off) Opportunity to work with one of the most iconic brands in the world A supportive, family-like team environment at a growing dealership Ongoing Harley-Davidson training and professional development How to Apply If you're a proven leader who can drive sales while delivering legendary customer experiences, we'd love to meet you!
