Responsibilities Ensure implemention of proven sales strategies aligned with company goals to expand market share and drive revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and achievement. Oversee outside sales activities, ensuring effective prospecting, across pet partner B2B channels. Collaborate closely with marketing to craft targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning. Utilize platforms such as Salesforce to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities for business development. Manage technical sales processes by coordinating with product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiencies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes, leveraging technology tools for automation and scalability. Experience Proven experience in managing multi-location B2C sales, with a track record of exceeding targets. Demonstrated management skills leading diverse sales teams. Strong background in business development, account management, and customer service excellence. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for data analysis and pipeline management. Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to driving sales growth in competitive markets. Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
