Middlebury, CT + travel About the Role Pulse4Pulse is seeking an Implementation Specialist to ensure the smooth onboarding and rollout of our cardiovascular wellness solutions for clients and partners. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and client-facing, responsible for guiding practices, administrators, and internal teams through each step of implementation. The ideal candidate combines project management skills with strong communication, training, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Support end-to-end execution of implementation projects, from kickoff through go-live. Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure milestones are met. Serve as the point of contact for client teams during the implementation phase. Client Onboarding & Training Lead onboarding sessions with practice managers, and staff. Provide product demonstrations, training, and documentation tailored to client needs. Ensure clients feel confident and supported as they adopt Pulse4Pulse solutions. Cross-Functional Support Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to align on project scope and execution. Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve processes and product performance. Assist the Director of Business Implementation with reporting, resource coordination, and special projects. Quality & Continuous Improvement Monitor implementation quality and escalate issues when needed to ensure client success. Contribute to process improvements, playbooks, and best practices for future implementations. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities to refine workflows. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in implementation, client services, healthcare operations, or project coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting and training. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with healthcare or SaaS/tech solutions is a plus. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Why Join Us?
