Full-time About the Role Juniper Home Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team in New Haven. As a Field Marketer, you will be the face of our agency, building and maintaining relationships within the local healthcare community. Your primary goal is to increase awareness of our services and ensure that families and providers know Juniper Home Health as the premier choice for compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities Community Outreach:

Visit local physician offices, hospitals, rehab centers, and senior centers to promote Juniper's home health services.

Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.

Market Strategy:

Identify new opportunities for growth within the New Haven area and surrounding communities.

Event Representation:

Attend local health fairs, community events, and networking meetings to represent the agency.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referral lead tracking.

Qualifications Experience:

Previous experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach (healthcare or home health experience is a plus, but not required).

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to connect with a diverse range of people.

Independence:

A self-starter who can manage their own schedule and work effectively in the field.

Local Knowledge:

Deep familiarity with the New Haven, CT healthcare landscape and community resources.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the territory.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
