Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

Qualifications:

Ensure sales goals are attained Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI Manage daily activity of the sales staff using vin solutions Ensure sales people are engaging with customers Strong communication and customer engagement skills Develop an effective sales team through training and performance standards
