Our platform enables insurers to automate and optimize claims operations end-to-end, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering a superior customer experience through data-driven decision-making About the Role We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to build and lead Five Sigma's global partnerships strategy. This role reports to the CRO and will be responsible for creating a scalable growth engine through strategic alliances with insurance carriers, system integrators, and technology partners. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company's global partnerships strategy aligned with growth objectives Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships (insurance carriers, TPAs, system integrators, and technology partners) Build and drive joint Go-To-Market strategies with partners Generate and manage pipeline through partnerships and support deals through to closure Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams Develop commercial models, partnership agreements, and incentive structures Track, measure, and optimize partnership performance
Requirements:
8-12 years of experience in business development and partnerships, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership role Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, including familiarity with core insurance systems and processes (policy, claims, billing) Proven experience working with or alongside Big 4 consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), including joint engagements or partnership models Proven track record of building partnerships from the ground up Deep understanding of SaaS business models and Go-To-Market strategies Experience working with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology ecosystems Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through partnerships Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
