Executive Vice President of Hospice Sales If you are an experienced Chief Business Development Officer, Chief Growth Officer / Senior Vice President / SVP of Sales, Vice President / VP of Business Development with Home Health or Hospice sales leadership experience, then you need to read on... Executive Vice President of Hospice Sales Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established and growing Hospice Care organization . They are looking for an EVP of Hospice Sales. This person can be based remotely with heavy travel expected. Ideal locations would be in the Central or Mountain time zones. Multi-state sales leadership experience over a directly reporting management team is a must. Home Health or Hospice experience is strongly preferred. Our client is looking for a strategic leader that can drive organic census growth and market expansion. Executive Vice President of Hospice Sales Job Requirements Multi-state sales leadership experience with an organization of $50M +. Home Health, Hospice, or Post Acute Healthcare sales experience. Marketing experience a plus. Oversight of Sales leaders. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Ability to travel up to 75%. Executive Vice President of Hospice Sales Job Responsibilities Leadership and development of organization's sales and marketing function. Analyze metrics to enhance all sales/patient referral & intake processes. Improve hiring, retention, and training of sales force. Work collaboratively with other Executives to develop growth strategy including new market expansion.
