The ideal candidate will have an interest in marketing and management. Duties Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and outreach to potential clients in various industries Create and strengthen relationships with business owners and human resource professionals. Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales activities to promote our products and services effectively Develop strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining professionalism and confidence Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in developing long-term account strategies Participate in training sessions focused on technical sales, leadership development, and industry best practices Qualifications Demonstrated strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes Experience or interest in business development, B2B sales, or marketing is highly desirable Familiarity with technical products is a plus Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning and professional growth in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to learn and grow daily through commitment to training Strong communication skills High integrity Desire to lead others Passion for helping people.
