Accountabilities:
  • Achieve company sales KPIs through the successful conversion of inquiries.
  • Prepare, brief, and motivate sales staff for the day ahead, ensuring communication of key messages.
  • Ensure prompt responses to inbound phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Compile and analyze sales figures—daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Collect customer feedback and conduct market research.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Department on calls received and obstacles that had to be overcome.
  • Attend cross-department meetings to share information and improve overall results.
  • Continuously evaluate the sales team's performance through call monitoring and provide feedback on strengths and development areas.
  • Monitor individual and team QA and error scores with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Report on staff attendance, absences, and completion of return-to-work meetings.
  • Manage pre- and post-sales customer escalations in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications/ skills/ experience / knowledge Essential
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results in line with company KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrate and analyze open, sell, and close processes in line with company expectations, and provide sales structure coaching when needed.
  • Embrace change when new strategies are introduced by the business.
  • Maintain high motivation and a positive atmosphere within the sales office at all times.
  • A confident, resilient individual with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to be flexible, decisive, and quick-thinking.
  • Self-motivated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profitability.
  • Able to work extended hours when required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, such as gross margin percentages and calculations. Desirable
  • Experience within the travel industry
  • Experience within a management position
  • Experience of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Edge, Teams and Outlook.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
