Job Description

Find us at the New Apopka City Center, off Highway 441 and State Road 436 near the Northwest Recreation Complex. Eco-Tourism venues like Rock Springs, Kings Landing stunning Emerald Run, and Wekiwa Springs are all within 7 miles, while Orlando's major theme parks are less than 30 minutes. We offer over 10,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor flexible meeting space, perfect for hosting any event. The Hilton Garden Inn Apopka City Center is seeking two enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Managers to join our dynamic team. These full-time positions are ideal for professionals passionate about the hospitality industry who excel at building relationships and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Sales:
Actively solicit and book group sleeping rooms and catering events to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and other key accounts to secure repeat business.
Event Planning:
Detail catering events from start to finish, including creating comprehensive resumes and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure seamless execution.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the sales and planning process with exceptional service.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed of local market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the entire hotel team, including operations, culinary, and front desk, to guarantee a high-quality experience for every guest.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hotel sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong understanding of group room blocks, catering sales, and event detailing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales and catering software (e.g., Delphi, Amadeus, or similar). Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
