This leader will oversee the complete sales lifecycle from presales and launch through contract conversion, closing, and unit handoff. The ideal candidate is a highly connected Miami sales leader with deep experience in both luxury condo and single-family home developments, strong team-building capabilities, and a proven ability to deliver results across all phases of residential development.
What You Do:
(Duties/Responsibilities) Lead all residential sales efforts for condominium developments, ensuring sales targets, timelines, and absorption goals are met. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing internal sales team and oversee third-party brokerage partners when applicable. Develop presale strategies including pricing recommendations, reservation processes, and contract conversion plans. Actively engage with the relevant broker community to drive demand, leveraging extensive local relationships and industry credibility. Oversee sales gallery and ensure a best-in-class client experience throughout the sales journey. Partner with development, design, construction, and operations teams to align sales strategy with project timelines and deliverables. Monitor market trends, competitive inventory, buyer demographics, and sales velocity to adjust sales tactics as needed. Ensure smooth contract execution, closing processes, and unit handoff to buyers in partnership with closing and operations teams. Provide executive-level reporting on sales performance, projections, and risk mitigation strategies. What You Bring to the
Table:
(Requirements) 10 or more years of residential real estate sales experience, with significant experience leading sales for luxury condo and single-family home developments. Proven experience in ground-up development sales from concept and presales through closeout and unit delivery. Extensive Miami market relationships that include brokers, buyers, and industry partners, with strong influence and established reputation. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams. Experience managing sales galleries, contract processes, and luxury-level buyer relations. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Highly results-driven with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced development environment.
