This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with firm leadership to secure premier commercial, residential, and public-sector projects. If you have a passion for design and want a clear path for long-term career advancement within a vibrant workplace, we want to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand our market presence and secure new architectural and planning projects.
Build Relationship Pipelines:
Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with private sector developers, property owners, contractors, institutional clients, and public-sector agencies.

Represent the
Firm:
Act as the face of the firm at industry events, networking functions, trade organizations, and client meetings.
Capture Opportunities:
Identify market trends, upcoming developments, and public-sector solicitations, managing the pursuit pipeline from initial contact through close.

Collaborate on
Proposals:
Work closely with firm leadership to craft compelling proposals, qualifications packages, and interview presentations.
Minimum QualificationsIndustry Expertise:
Business development experience specifically within an architectural firm.
Architectural Familiarity:
At least two (2+) years of direct familiarity with architectural processes, design phases, and project delivery methods to effectively communicate with clients and partners.
Sector Success:
Proven track record of securing commercial projects, residential projects, and government/public-sector contracts.
Network & Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Established industry contacts and relationships are highly desirable.
