Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated On-site New Home Sales Manager to generate sales from our brand new Model Home. In this pivotal role, you will drive the sales process, foster exceptional customer relationships, and ensure a seamless homebuying experience for prospective homeowners. Your leadership will inspire your team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with fair housing regulations and property management standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of new home development, delivering outstanding service and creating lasting community connections. Duties Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Engage with prospective buyers through personalized tours, consultations, and follow-up communications to convert interest into contracts. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and increase community visibility. Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients while ensuring compliance with real estate law and fair housing regulations. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and property availability using property management software. Coordinate with construction teams, lenders, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transaction processes from initial inquiry to closing. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing buyer inquiries promptly, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Excellent marketing acumen to promote properties through various channels and outreach efforts. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, team members, and external partners clearly and confidently. Knowledge of property management practices and real estate administrative procedures. Familiarity with fair housing regulations, real estate law, and legal documentation related to property transactions. Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently. Customer service expertise with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
