Sales Team Manager Location:
Clearwater, FL Compensation:
$85,000 - $100,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus/Commission On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+ Company Vehicle Provided About Us We are a growing multi-location contents and textile restoration company that partners with insurance professionals, restoration contractors, property managers, and other referral partners to help restore customers' belongings following fire, water, mold, and other property losses. Our success is built on strong relationships, exceptional customer service, and a proven sales process. We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to help lead, develop, and coach our sales organization as we continue to grow. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of sales and account management professionals. The Sales Team Manager will play a critical role in driving team performance, creating accountability, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent execution of our sales process. This is not a position focused on carrying an individual sales quota or building a personal book of business. Instead, your success will be measured by your ability to develop people, improve performance, monitor key metrics, and help your team achieve their goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an effective coach, highly organized, and comfortable using data, KPIs, and CRM reporting to drive results. You must be willing to work from our Clearwater office daily while also spending time in the field conducting ride-alongs, supporting key client relationships, and helping your team succeed. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales and account management professionals Conduct regular ride-alongs and field coaching sessions Hold team members accountable to KPIs, sales activity goals, and performance expectations Review pipelines, CRM activity, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Develop team members through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management Support key client relationships alongside sales representatives as needed Assist with strategic growth initiatives across multiple markets Ensure CRM compliance and accurate reporting Foster a collaborative, positive, and results-oriented culture Support marketing initiatives and brand awareness efforts as needed Work closely with leadership to drive company growth and operational alignment QualificationsRequired 3+ years of experience leading and managing a sales team Experience in a service-related industry Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate sales professionals Experience managing KPIs, CRM systems, pipelines, and performance accountability Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and administrative abilities Comfortable working with sales data, reporting, and performance metrics Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory as needed Ability to report to the Clearwater office on a daily basis Strongly Preferred Experience in contents restoration, textile restoration, restoration services, disaster recovery, cleaning services, facilities services, insurance-related services, property services, or a similar relationship-driven industry Experience managing both business development and account management teams Experience leading teams across multiple territories or locations Familiarity with referral-based sales environments and relationship-driven sales cycles What Success Looks Like A highly engaged and accountable sales team Consistent achievement of sales goals and KPI expectations Strong CRM utilization and reporting accuracy Improved team performance through coaching and development Growth in client relationships, referrals, and overall revenue A culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Benefits Competitive Base Salary Performance-Based Bonus & Commission Structure On-Target Earnings of $120,000+ Company Vehicle Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Time Off and Holidays Professional Development Opportunities If you are an experienced sales leader who enjoys coaching people, driving accountability, and helping teams reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.
