We have communities in the pipeline. The growth path from Producing Sales Manager to Multi-Community Sales Director is not aspirational. This is a chance to lead in a business with a strong product, and real room to grow. You will not be handed a finished system — you'll help continuously shape and refine it. You will not just manage activity — you'll help set the pace, raise the standard, and set the standard for what success looks like for a team. What you'll do If you have the experience we are looking for, you already know what this role demands and a vision for your own success - but here's our own list of where your energy goes: Lead the sales team with clear goals, genuine coaching, and the kind of accountability that elevates performance rather than just measuring it Shape and refine the sales process — from first contact to closing — and own it as the business grows Personally prospect and close your own buyer relationships, including international clients and investor buyers who require consultative, high-trust selling Develop referral and partner relationships with realtors, brokers, and investor networks Work alongside marketing, construction, and leadership to make sure the buyer experience reflects the quality of the product Help shape the team as the company grows — hiring, developing, and retaining Lifestyle Consultants who represent Zenodro the right way Represent the brand with confidence in client meetings, community events, and market activity that keeps Zenodro visible and credible What we're looking for We are looking for someone with a track record of leading teams and closing high-value transactions. The specific background matters less than the track record: a natural relationship builder, a confident closer, a genuine developer of people, and someone who is motivated by growth — their own and the company's.
