Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a top-performing Sales Manager to lead and elevate our timeshare sales team at Wyndham Ocean Walk. This role is designed for proven sales leaders only —individuals with a strong track record of driving revenue, developing high-performing teams, and closing at a high level in a fast-paced vacation ownership environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of timeshare sales professionals to exceed revenue goals Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance through hands-on leadership Monitor tour flow, conversion rates, and overall sales metrics Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent Conduct one-on-one coaching, role plays, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with all company policies and Florida real estate regulations Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize tour pipeline and guest experience Maintain a high-energy, competitive, and results-driven sales culture Qualifications (REQUIRED) Proven leadership experience in timeshare/vacation ownership sales (REQUIRED) Active Florida Real Estate License (REQUIRED) Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and leading top-performing teams Strong closing skills and ability to lead from the front Exceptional communication, coaching, and motivational skills Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment Professional presence and strong business acumen What We're Looking For Elite sales leaders—not entry-level or developing managers Individuals with a hunter mentality and strong accountability Leaders who can build, inspire, and dominate in a competitive market Candidates who understand the urgency and intensity of timeshare sales Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + aggressive commission/bonus structure Earning potential aligned with top industry performers Health, dental, and vision benefits Career advancement opportunities within a leading hospitality brand
