Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM About the Role We're looking for a Channel Partnerships Manager to build and scale our network of ISO (Independent Sales Organization), broker, and lead generation partners in the commercial finance space. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role for someone who knows how to source, recruit, and activate partners that drive real deal flow—not just leads. If you have experience in MCA, debt settlement, or commercial lending and know how to "talk shop" with ISOs, this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities Strategic Recruiting:
Actively scout and recruit new ISO partners, brokers, and lead providers who specialize in the B2B/commercial space.
Onboarding & Training:
Guide new partners through our internal processes, ensuring they understand our target client profile and settlement capabilities.
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for existing ISOs, providing them with updates on lead status, commissions, and performance feedback.
Performance Tracking:
Use Zoho CRM to monitor lead quality and conversion rates from each affiliate. You will work closely with our Data Analyst to prune low-performing sources and double down on high-ROI partners.
Pipeline Advocacy:
Act as the internal advocate for ISO-generated leads to ensure our settlement officers are processing them with the speed and urgency required.
Commission Management:
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely commission payouts to your partner network.
The Ideal Candidate The Connector:
You have an existing rolodex or a proven ability to "talk shop" with ISOs and brokers in the merchant cash advance (MCA) or commercial lending space.
Sales DNA:
You aren't afraid to pick up the phone. You know how to sell the value of DebtResolvePro to potential partners.
Zoho Familiarity:
While you don't need to be a coder, you should be comfortable navigating a CRM to track your partners' metrics.
Grit & Professionalism:
You can handle the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of commercial debt settlement while maintaining a professional image for the brand.
Qualifications Experience:
2-4 years in Affiliate Management, ISO Relations, or B2B Business Development (experience in MCA, Debt Settlement, or Commercial Lending is a huge advantage).
Communication:
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Tech Stack:
Proficiency in Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful.
