Full Job Description Position:

Outside Canvassing Team Manager We're looking for someone who knows how to train and manage canvassers in the field. This is a high-income leadership role for a manager with proven home improvement canvassing experience.

Compensation:

K What You'll Do:

Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers. Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules. Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
