Sales Manager

Radical Cosmetics in Fort Pierce Florida is seeking a cosmetic sales executive, who can drive revenue by selling beauty products to brands and major retailers, managing client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to meet sales targets. They should be able to provide product education, conduct demos, and analyze sales data to optimize performance. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, training staff, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for the beauty industry, a proven track record of success in sales, and the ability to coach and motivate a team.

Core Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, product demonstrations, and negotiating deals.

Relationship Management:

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and customers. The correct candidate must possess a vast contact portfolio.

Product Expertise:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of makeup and skincare products to provide expert recommendations.

Training & Education:

Train, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing personnel on products, services, and promotions.

Reporting:

Analyze business performance, track daily and monthly sales, identify trends, and provide accurate reports and forecasts.

Executive Marketing Initiatives:

Partner with marketing to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches that drive brand awareness and sales

Key Requirements & Skills:

Experience:

Proven experience in sales, ideally within the cosmetics or retail beauty industry.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of beauty trends and product ingredients, and the cosmetics marketplace.

Passion:

High level of passion for skincare, makeup, and customer service.

Flexibility:

Availability to work weekends and high-traffic times.

Tech Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e,g., Salesforce).

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
