This role drives sales growth, manages customer relationships, oversees daily quoting and delivery coordination, and ensures high service levels across approximately 600 active accounts. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and an effective leader with strong communication skills and a passion for sales performance and team development. •

SALARY WILL BE DICUSSED DURING INTERNVIEW

•Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4 inside sales representatives, each handling approximately 150 customer accounts. Monitor daily quoting activity to ensure fast turnaround, accuracy, competitive pricing, and healthy profit margins. Support sales reps in closing opportunities, resolving customer issues, and growing existing accounts. Coordinate delivery schedules with the Warehouse Manager to ensure on-time and efficient customer service. Oversee special-order and buyout items, including sourcing, pricing, purchasing, and follow-up. Manage account distribution and customer coverage to ensure strong relationships across a 600-account portfolio. Develop strategies to increase sales volume, gross margin, and customer retention. Review pricing, backlog, service issues, and branch performance regularly. Maintain strong communication between sales, purchasing, warehouse, and management teams. Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly. Skills Experience in metals, aluminum, building materials, industrial distribution, or service center sales management preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills. Knowledge of quoting, pricing strategy, inventory coordination, and customer service. Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Results-driven with focus on growth and profitability.
