Your energy, expertise, and dedication will help us grow while providing valuable solutions to our customers. We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager with experience in automotive parts sales and account development. This role is responsible for growing sales within an assigned territory, maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing product and service support to automotive aftermarket customers. The candidate must have strong knowledge of auto parts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales goals. Responsibilities Develop and manage customer accounts within an assigned territory. Prospect and secure new business opportunities through calls, visits, referrals, and networking. Promote automotive parts, products, and services based on customer needs. Provide product, catalog, pricing, inventory, and technical support to customers. Resolve customer concerns related to orders, warranties, returns, service issues, and special requests. Monitor sales trends, market activity, and customer needs to support business growth. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and account activity logs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service, accurate orders, and customer satisfaction. Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving territory performance. Represent the company professionally in the field, at customer locations, and during industry events. Requirements Experience in automotive parts sales, wholesale distribution, or territory sales preferred. Knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts and catalog systems. Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Valid driver's license required.
