Responsible for internal product development support, including identifying internal gaps and growth opportunities on Amazon and similar ecommerce channels using brand analytics, consumer insights, and competitive analysis. Support early-stage product concepting, using Generative AI and other LLMs. Draft MRFs (merchandise request forms) for new item development, category expansion, packaging changes and/or item modifications. Conduct profitability analyses using internal NSP (net sales profit) models and run product-level and category P&L calculations. Provide launch support, including collaborating across teams for different phases of product launch checklist. Maintain accurate and organized internal database with all item-level details and cross-functional information including deal planning, promotional spent tracking, inventory status reporting, advertising spends, ROI documentation, order processing recaps, and new item launch trackers.
