Before Applying — Please Review These Important Details Prior boating or yacht industry experience is not required , and sales experience is not mandatory . However, candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, a willingness to learn, and a sense of urgency. Employment Terms Initial 2-Week Trial Period (Unpaid) During this introductory phase, you must secure a minimum of two listings to continue in the role. 60-Day Probationary Period (Paid) If you meet the criteria from the trial period, you will enter a paid 60-day probation with the following structure: First 30 days: $1,000 per week Second 30 days: $1,250 per week Post-Probation Compensation After successfully completing probation, base pay increases to $1,500 per week , with additional commission opportunities based on performance. Schedule Expectations This industry does not operate on a standard 9-5 schedule. Success depends on your ability to be responsive to clients, manage deals, and handle inquiries as they arise—even outside traditional office hours. Additional Requirements Must be able to obtain a State of Florida Yacht and Ship Broker's License Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though this is not required

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise a team of sales professionals. Conduct Interviews for sales agents. Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate records. Handle day-to-day tasks, including sending contracts to clients. Maintain the office for operational efficiency. Supervise all team members to ensure workflow effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proven experience in being a sales manager. (3-5 Years) Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software is advantageous.
