- Firearms Coatings & Strategic Accounts to help lead sales growth in the firearms, outdoor, and industrial coatings markets.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role focused on managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, supporting the sales team, and representing TWN at major industry trade shows. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for the firearms and outdoor industries. This role requires someone who can build long-term customer relationships, understand technical products, support day-to-day sales operations, and help expand TWN's presence in key markets. Duties Learn the Water Transfer Printing process and promote TWN's hydrographic films, coatings, equipment, training, and related products in the firearms and outdoor markets. Manage and grow long-term relationships with key accounts through proactive communication, follow-up, and personalized service. Develop new business opportunities through warm leads, cold calling, trade show follow-up, referrals, and targeted outreach. Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, monitor opportunities, and analyze account performance. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications, application requirements, and customer needs. Attend and represent TWN at major firearms, outdoor, coatings, and manufacturing trade shows. Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings tailored to client needs. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or sales leadership. Experience in the firearms, outdoor, coatings, paint, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial markets is strongly preferred. Experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. Comfortable with technical products and able to explain product benefits, specifications, and application considerations to customers. CRM experience required; HubSpot experience is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts, projects, and sales opportunities at the same time. Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and industry events.
