This role is ideal for a driven hospitality sales professional with a passion for events, client relationships, and high‑volume catering sales. What You'll Do Achieve personal booking and catering revenue goals Build, manage, and forecast individual catering sales budget Proactively solicit new business while growing existing accounts Conduct site inspections and lead clients through the sales process Upsell menus and services to maximize revenue and profitability Partner with the Director of Catering on long‑term bookings and event planning Ensure accurate Event Orders and timely turnover to Event F&B teams Manage and support the Event F&B teams for flawless execution Review contracts, collect deposits, and ensure accurate final billing Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners Track market trends and competitor activity to drive strategic sales decisions What We're Looking For 4+ years of catering or hospitality sales management experience College degree preferred Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong knowledge of food & beverage trends and luxury service standards Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Computer proficiency, including Marriott sales systems (CI/TY preferred) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Apply to Culinaire today!
