Fabrication Sales Manager

Fabrication and roofing facility is in search of a skilled Sales/Project Manager for their fabrication department. The ideal candidate has experience with structural steel materials, can do accurate project estimations and has a great "people-friendly" personality. We are looking for someone with the ability to easily engage in sales opportunities with current and potential clients. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to participate in company growth projects, lead meetings, and work closely with big name brand companies here in central FL. Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm

Salary Pay:

Starting at 60k Daily duties might look different day to day depending on each assigned project: Prepare project budgets including material estimations, labor needed, travel required, etc. Prepare project briefings for any daily or weekly meetings with team members. Communicate daily with fabrication department supervisors for any adjustments that need to be made on projects. Work with office staff and onsite teams to ensure each project is meeting current deadlines. Communicate with clients and ensure they are up to date as needed. Utilize any potential sales opportunities to assist the fabrication department to meet monthly and annual sales projections. Create and strive to complete monthly and annual sales and project completion goals. Attend and participate in team meetings and briefings. Work with accuracy and professionalism while solving/trouble shooting any changes on current projects. Other duties might be added with time depending on each individual project.

Basic Requirements:

1 year of strong structural steel projects knowledge (examples: managing, estimations, and detailing). 2 years of leadership/management role in fabrication facilities or similar industries. 2 years of sales experience. Ability to work independently with budgets, deadlines, and proper projects estimations such as labor cost, materials, travel cost, etc. Can work with Microsoft Excel and Word easily.
