Establish and monitor sales goals, providing ongoing support on sales tactics, client engagement, and deal-closing strategies. Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with companys business objectives by analyzing consumer demand, market trends, competitor activity, and industry data to identify growth opportunities and guide sales focus. Direct and oversee sales operations, establishing clear sales objectives and monitoring performance against company targets. Prepare and manage sales budgets and expenditures in accordance with company objectives. Develop, implement, and evaluate sales strategies to promote the companys product development, private-label, and manufacturing services. Confer with prospective and existing clients to assess product development needs, including formulation, packaging, branding, and manufacturing requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions. Resolve complex concerns related to sales, service delivery, or project execution in coordination with management. Collaborate with other personnel within marketing, operations, and production, to align sales initiatives with advertising strategies, product capabilities, and client specifications. Oversee the full sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and pipeline management to deal closure and post-sales supportwhile building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders. Determine pricing strategies, discount structures, and contract terms to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the marketplace. Review operational reports, sales forecasts, and financial records to project revenue, evaluate profitability, and support strategic planning. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and professional association meetings to promote services and strengthen client relationships. Participate in sales staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop a high-performing sales team aligned with the companys long-term growth strategy.
