The position requires a hands-on operator with strong knowledge , capable of navigating diverse markets, managing independent distributors, and delivering sustainable growth . Core Responsibilities 1. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion Deliver against annual sales targets (volume, revenue, margin) for assigned territories. Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and strategic partners Expand market penetration for HVAC equipment (mini-splits, condensers, air handlers, parts) Execute structured territory growth plans with clear KPIs and accountability 2. Distributor & Channel Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and resellers Implement pricing discipline, credit compliance, and margin protection strategies 3. Commercial Execution Lead product positioning and promotional initiatives aligned with regional demand Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, finance) to ensure product availability and service levels • Analyze competitive landscape, pricing trends, and customer behavior 5. Travel & Territory Coverage Travel 40% across Caribbean markets Conduct regular in-market visits, training sessions, and customer engagement activities Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue growth % vs. prior year Gross margin % by territory New account acquisition (# and revenue contribution) Qualifications & Experience Required 5+ years of HVAC sales experience , preferably in distribution/export markets Proven track record managing multi-country territories Strong understanding of HVAC product lines and applications Experience working with independent distributors and dealer networks
Bilingual:
English & Spanish (preferred) High level of accountability and execution discipline Ability to operate in fragmented, multi-cultural markets Strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution capability
